Emergency crews are still dealing with a building blaze in East Kilbride over 24 hours later.
We previously reported 999 teams raced to Glen Road in the town following reports of a fire at a disused building.
Originally, mercy crews were alerted to the incident shortly after 6am on Tuesday, March 19.
In total, four fire vehicles were sent to the scene, where crews tackled the blaze.
Luckily, no one was injured during the incident.
Now, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed two units are still in attendance at the fire to dampen down 'any hot spots'.
A spokesperson for the service said: “We were alerted at 5.23am on Tuesday, March 19, to reports of a fire within an unoccupied building on Glen Road, East Kilbride.
“Operations control mobilised four appliances to the scene of the fire and there were no reported casualties.
“Two appliances remain in attendance to dampen down any hot spots.”
