A driver has been fined after allegedly being caught speeding on the M8 near Glasgow.
Officers say they observed the motorist travelling on the motorway near Eurocentral on Sunday, February 18.
According to cops, the road users' vehicle was 'restricted to a maximum speed limit of 60mph when towing'.
However, police say the motor was detected driving at 77mph.
The driver was issued with a ticket for the offence.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Lanarkshire Road Policing observed this van travelling on the M8 at Eurocentral this morning.
"The vehicle is restricted to a maximum speed limit of 60mph when towing.
"A check of the vehicle's speed detected a speed of 77mph.
"Driver issued with a ticket for the offence."
