UPDATE: All lanes are now running following the accident, Traffic Scotland has said.
A MULTI-vehicle crash has sparked travel chaos on a busy motorway near Glasgow this morning.
Traffic Scotland has said an accident has taken place on the M8 motorway at junction 6.
Due to this, lane two on the Eastbound carriageway is currently blocked.
It is unknown if anyone has been injured in the smash.

A spokesperson for Traffic Scotland said: "M8 Junction 6 - Lane 2 blocked Eastbound due to a multi-vehicle collision."
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
