A DRUNK arrested outside of a Stone Roses concert had to be restrained by three constables and one police sergeant.
Kevin McGuire, 29, cannot remember the violent incident – in which he booted one of the PCs during the scuffle.
Fiscal depute Angus Crawford told Glasgow Sheriff Court that the police were on mobile patrol within the Hampden Park area due to the music gig and were directed by members of the public to a male acting in an aggressive manner. When the officers approached, McGuire lost his temper.

The following month, police responded to a 999 call within the city centre.
When they arrived, the accused was found to be heavily under the influence of alcohol and in a heated discussion with shop staff. When told to leave the premises, he once again became aggressive.
McGuire pleaded guilty to struggling violently with three constables and one police sergeant at Hampden Park on June 24, 2017. He also admitted kicking – and repeatedly attempting to kick – a male PC during the same scuffle.
In addition, the accused pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing and resisting arrest in Dundas Street on July 17 last year.

Defending, Miss Gibson claimed that her client was "sickened by his behaviour".
McGuire – who couldn't remember behaving badly outside The Stone Roses gig – denied having an alcohol problem but accepted he did drink to excess on special occasions.
Sheriff Diana McConnell sentenced the accused, of Rye Road, to a Community Payback Order with supervision for a year and 125 hours of unpaid work to be completed within nine months.
