Budget airline Jet2.com is giving Glasgow holidaymakers the chance to enjoy a bite of the Big Apple after putting two, five-night New York trips on sale from the city’s airport today
The breaks are perfectly timed, with an October half-term holiday departing on October 15 and a Thanksgiving/Black Friday trip leaving on November 22.
As well as flights, there are holidays for sale across iconic three to five- star hotels in central New York locations, including the popular Westin New York Grand Central, Hotel Mela Times Square, and Riu Plaza New York Times Square.

In total, the company is putting on 28 New York trips from six UK bases for Winter ‘18.

In addition to this New York trip, the airline said it is operating its biggest-ever winter programme from Glasgow in Winter ‘18.
This programme includes 16 winter destinations, including a new route to Antalya, with a total of more than 210,000 seats on sale.
