A MOTORIST has had their car seized after allegedly being caught driving disqualified in Glasgow.
Officers say they stopped the motor on the city's M8 as the driver was heading away for a three-day holiday.
However, cops say since they were reportedly driving disqualified, the road user was instead taken into custody.
Their car was also seized.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "The driver was stopped by Glasgow Roads Policing yesterday morning on the M8 in Glasgow heading away for a three-day holiday.
"As they were disqualified, they ended up spending a night with us instead.
"Driver held custody for court.
"Vehicle seized."
